8 hour float on the lower Yakima river.
Service Description
The lower Yakima host some over eager eaters. This is one of out most productive fisheries, with some fish chasing our offering right up to the boat. We have a one month season here that corosponds with the bass spawning season (Usualy the last week of may till the 3rd week of june). Most of the fish come in at 1 to 3 pounds with the occasional lunker reaching 5 plus pounds! These jumbo fish migrate up from the columbia river to spawn and gorge on outmigrating salmon smolt and to spawn as well. We meet at the Benton City Recreation area and Boat Launch where we load up the boat and get on the water. The weather on the lower yak tends to be warm and sunny. Summer comes early out in the desert. Sunscreen and a good hat are a must! We are happy to target these agressive fish with fly fishing equipment, conventional tackle, or both. This is a fun, low key atmosphere with plentiful action. Lunches are not provided on this trip. Your Guide will have a large cooler on board for your lunches and beverages. We do provide snacks and bottled water. This trip has limited availbility so please call before you book your trip.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, will be subject to a cancellation fee of %100 of the service price. Clients arriving more than 60 minutes late for their appointment may be considered a no-show and charged accordingly. 3. Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability. Please note that rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to the cancellation fee. 4. Policy Agreement: By booking an appointment with Keels Reel Fun, you agree to abide by this cancellation policy. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, with reasonable notice to our clients. 5.
